We're founders who spent months speaking with insurance brokerages before writing a line of code. Not to sell something, to understand exactly where the money was going. The answer was the same every time: brokers were generating leads they couldn't respond to fast enough, running pipelines they didn't have capacity to work, and losing renewals to a process that nobody owned.
